In life, we are faced with numerous challenges. Sometimes, it appears that they are coming too fast and surrender seems imminent. However, this is when we have to pause and grab hold of our “faith” and take a deep breath.

Many people just are not comfortable finding themselves with a few minutes of “quiet time.”
I could tell you that you won’t experience any emotional pain in this season but that would not be the total truth.
Depression is a treatable medical illness. In my opinion, it should ALWAYS be diagnosed by a medical professional.
