Outkast rapper Big Boi (real name Antwan André Patton) was arrested for drug possession in Miami.

He was leaving vacation in Puerto Rico and Grand Turks Island when police found some drugs in his luggage.

Booking info from the Miami-Dade Police Department indicate Patton was booked into the jail there at about 1:30 p.m. on drug possession charges.

The Georgia native, who broke onto the Atlanta rap scene with OutKast, was busted for possession of ecstacy, MDMA powder and Viagra.

Bond was set at $16,000.

His lawyers says,

While BIG BOI was traveling with his group and friends, a small amount of contraband was found in the collective luggage. I am confident when the entire facts are aired BIG BOI will be completely exonerated

I’m wondering what Big Boi was trying to do with some an intense combination of drugs?
