The “Dirty Birds” have been on fire this season with seven straight wins! This is hands down the best season the Falcons have seen in a long time. I must say that this football season is doing wonders for our city pride. Cars proudly sport their bumper stickers and flags. Red and black fan gear is being produced at an alarming rate, and the “saints” are rushing out of Sunday service just to catch the last two quarters of the game.

Needless to say, Atlanta’s team is looking great, but through all those rays of winning sunshine a few dark clouds of negativity still linger, aka the “haters”.

According to ESPN,  Pat Yasinskas had this to say:

As I said earlier, when the ESPN.com Power Rankings were released, I’m not really convinced the Atlanta Falcons are the best team in the NFL.

It’s not like I see anyone dramatically better and it’s hard to argue with putting the league’s only undefeated team at No. 1. But my opinion is based largely on what I’ve seen the Falcons the last three weeks. They’ve needed last-minute drives to win against bad teams.

Well, you know what I say to that hoopla?  A win is a win no matter how you get it!  The Falcons are doing what they have to do to come out on top.

So continue to rise up Falcons!   We are looking at 8-0 next week, so stand down HATERS!
