4 Black Men Killed in 1 Week: The Nation Wakes Up

Protest and riots have broken out across the country in response to the recent police shootings. Over the past week, 4 black men have been shot and killed by police for illegitimate reasons. Alton Sterling, Philando Castile, Alva Braziel, and Delron Dempsey all became hashtags within days of one another. After a long and troubling period of continuous injustice and police brutality, the world has repsponded by supporting the #BlackLivesMatter movement.

There has been reports of protests in California, North and South Carolina, Georgia, New York, Texas, and Loiusiana. There are even reports of protest in Asia and Europe.

Ladies and gentlemen, I believe the nation has woke up. There is no denying that there is a significant disregard for justice when it comes to the police intentionally murdering unarmed citizens.  We will keep you updated during this #BlackLivesMatter Era.

In the meantime, we urge you to stay safe and spread positivity.

Over 500 people have been killed by the police in the USA in 2016 alone. Less than 23% of the reported police crimes have resulted in criminal sentencing.
